These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you ("User", "Learner", "you") and MinoAI / "The Architect" responsible for the development of FLUENT. By accessing, downloading, installing, or using FLUENT, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
FLUENT is powered by advanced AI models that simulate realistic conversations with localized accents, regional slang, and authentic telephone audio. The AI coach adapts to your proficiency level and provides real-time corrective feedback. While AI-generated conversation is highly realistic, you are conversing with an artificial system, not a native speaker. Natural conversation with humans remains essential for achieving true fluency.
FLUENT is an AI-powered language acquisition platform featuring interactive conversation simulations, spaced repetition systems (SRS), direct Anki integration, and 25+ adaptive games scaling from beginner (A0) to advanced (C2) proficiency levels.
You may use FLUENT if you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
All IP related to FLUENT remains the exclusive property of MinoAI. You retain ownership of your learning output and conversation transcripts.
FLUENT makes no guarantee of language fluency or proficiency advancement. AI conversation differs from human interaction and must be supplemented with real native speaker engagement.
Your voice recordings, conversation transcripts, and learning data are encrypted and stored solely for your learning experience. You may delete this data at any time.
FLUENT IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR FAILED LANGUAGE ACQUISITION, AI ERRORS, OR ANY INDIRECT DAMAGES.
