MinoAI ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the ALFRED application.

Email Metadata: When you connect your email account, we access sender, recipient, subject line, timestamp, and message flags—NOT complete email body content unless you enable indexing.
Contact Information: Contact records discovered through ALFRED, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and company affiliations.
Usage Data: How you interact with ALFRED—clicks, searches, triage actions, feature usage patterns, and performance metrics.
Device Information: Device type, OS, browser, IP address, and unique device identifiers.
Your email data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Email body content is encrypted separately and only accessed when you explicitly enable advanced features. We implement industry-standard security practices and regular security audits.
We use third-party AI services (OpenAI, Google APIs, Microsoft APIs) to provide ALFRED functionality. Your data is transmitted to these services under their privacy agreements. We do NOT sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
Email metadata is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove all directly-controlled data within 30 days. Data stored by your email provider (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) is not affected.

ALFRED is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware of data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of ALFRED after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
